Natural self-branching Photinia with fast growing and upright habit, no pruning is required for dense habit. Big sized leaves with extended bright red color when the young tips appears.
STORIES & CURIOSITIES
Photinia is a shrub or small tree of Rosaceace family and related to apples. Originated in East part of Asia, from the Himalaya to Japan, India and Thailand, it has been been widely cultivated throughout the world as ornamental. However, some of the old traditional varieties has been degenerating across succesive propagation and losening their branching capacity. Dynamo Red is an improved form of Photinia offering a fast growing and self-branching capacity even in small plants.
