New tipology of fruit with unusual ivory-cream color, crunchy texture and surprising taste.
Originally from Korea, this fruit has been improved over 15 years in Italy to obtain a nice product with delicate skin and excepcional taste. Contrary to other peaches, Icepeach does not produce ethylene, meaning that they enjoy a much longer conservation period after ripening.
Prune after fruiting if necessary. Remove lateral shoots coming from rootstock

Plant: special rootstock allowing to survive in a pot without need to transplant. Fruit: High content of sugar (14-18 º Brix) and long conservation (+ 10 days). Peach is considered as Superfood and can privide you: Vitamin C, Niacin, Dietary Fiber, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphor and Phytonutrients.
